January opened with U.S. Army veteran Denise Shelton, new things to do in the new year, and a wellness look at counting macros.
February celebrated the Candlelight Ball’s scholarship awards and honored the Montgomery County Rescue Squad dive team and the East Montgomery Volunteer Fire Department.
March visited the APSU Military Resource Center, profiled Sofia Rodas, and talked gut health and cooking with Chef Carmen Lopez.
April spotlighted Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarksville with Christina Chittenden, and shared local stories from Billy Cox near Fort Campbell.
May headlined country star Josh Turner and the Renegade Rally with actor Branscombe Richmond, and celebrated the Oak Grove Summer Festival at Valor Hall.
June rolled out the county fair — Swifty Swine pig races and all — profiled Herbert Roake Jr., and supported the Humane Society.
July turned up the summer with a Pink Floyd tribute, a summer bucket list, and National Mutt Day at Governor’s Square.
August raised a glass with the Brewers Association and followed a local moment on NBC’s Today Show.
September fluttered to Oak Grove’s Butterfly Festival, celebrated the Kaleidoscope Awards, and jammed with guitarist Regi Wooten at Riverside Spine.
October set a Halloween mood with the Gateway Chamber Orchestra and Dave Farris, and took a music-history journey to the Alhambra Theatre with Anna Calenza.
November filled Thanksgiving boxes, raised dyslexia awareness with “Say Dyslexia,” hosted an evening with Paul Durham of Black Lab, and honored the Montgomery County Veterans Day Parade.
December closed the year with holiday safety tips, a visit to Sango Pharmacy, and reminders for keeping children and pets safe through the season.
