The October 2025 issue of Clarksville Living Magazine goes looking for the city's ghosts, spotlights a veteran-led IT company, and hears a big voice at an open mic.

The seasonal cover feature, “Haunted Clarksville,” leans into October with the city's ghost stories and spooky lore. The issue also uses its pages to explain how residents and organizations can get their own events and stories into the magazine — a reminder that Clarksville Living is as much a community bulletin board as a glossy read.

The Veteran Business of the Month is LTA Tech Services, a full-service Clarksville IT company led by U.S. Army Major (Ret.) Len Tharpe, offering everything from cutting-edge security to managed IT services. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarksville returns with its half-century of mentorship as part of the nation's oldest and largest youth mentoring organization.

Music runs through the issue. A profile of Jun Espinosa recalls meeting him when he was still in the Army, showing up at the open mic at Revel House with an acoustic guitar and a BIG voice that still astonishes — a local talent who can genuinely belt. Another feature, “Flying High,” covers a benefit evening where Frank Lott thanked title sponsor Legends Bank and told guests that what they did that night would impact many lives in the community.

The rest of the issue carries the autumn calendar and the businesses, nonprofits and people shaping the season, alongside the food, history and photo coverage that anchor each month. From haunted history to a soldier-turned-singer, it captures Clarksville in full October color.
